15. Examples of Previous Similar Projects

Currently there are more than 100 schools in the province with between 50 and 100 tab computers regulated by this Department and the Line Ministry. Also, there are 200 schools in the province that have provided with friendly smart boards related to the subject of English. The technical guidance required for all the above equipment is carried out by the hardware and network teams established in those regions and the necessary maintenance and repair work is carried out by the suppliers within the warranty period of three years.

The terms of supply do not require a service delivery center of the supplier to be located in the province itself, but a HELP DESK that operates 24 hours a day and must respond within 24 hours after notification of errors. Also, if the equipment is down for more than 05 working days, it is better if the equipment can be taken with backup equipment. In some cases, it is seen how the equipment is delayed for two to three months.

An online platform will be set up on the provincial education department platform so that this Department is informed the moment the providers are informed about the service requirements. A review meeting between the suppliers and school representatives is conducted by the Subject Director of the Provincial Department once in three months on the service delivery of the suppliers. A representative of the suppliers must participate in the program.
